More Training Misinformation

“Few men believe it, but you don’t need barbells, dumbbells, or machines to build muscle; in fact, weight-training equipment often inhibits the process.”

“…often inhibits this process.”??? This amazing tidbit coming from a so-called “well educated” individual being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

I’m not sure about the rest of you but if hear another piece of garbage like this I think my head will explode.
The article appeared under the title “Men: Strength Boosters” on the main MSN home page. I have to say I was curious but c’mon!

If he meant certain machines, he’s right… though that would be improper use of a semicolon. If he means the whole caboodle, he’s dumb.
