This question is for John Berardi, John i was reviewing your plans for massive eating as i review alot of the eating plans and i came across u saying that low carb high fat diets lead to decreased insulin sensitivity and that they come with a whole bunch of problems. I would think the opposite about a low carb diet since carbs make u have high insulin surges. If u could explain this situation to me i would greatly appreciate it since i have a low insulin sensitivity and i have started a low carb diet. thanks.
If I understood things correctly, when you’re on low carb diets you eat lots of saturated fats and they mess up your insuline sensitivity. I also think that low carb intake stabilizes your insuline secretion. Btw. I really hate this metabolic things, there are no straight rules.
