I’m going to go on a mass buliding program in two weeks. I’ll be using MAG-10 , Alpha Male and M. My question is for all you guys that have tried different mass programs more than(2or3)
Which ones did you use. And which one gave you the most mass. If you can how much mass did you get out of the program? Which one would you recomend?
My diet will be very clean.
