More Healthy Carbs with ReceptorMax?

Just curious,since this improves insulin to drive food in to muscles instead of fat,would it be beneficial to increase carb intake along with plenty protein?Im not talking about just total carbfests at buffet’s,but getting a better source like oatmeal,brown rice,whole grains,ect,ect along with proteins and healthy fats?

My goal right now is to just improve body composition.But I heard if you don’t get enough carbs on ReceptorMax you’re not getting the most out of it.

Taking it before meals that contain more carbs > taking it before meals that contain less carbs. This doesn’t mean increase carbs for greater affect. Suppose I have 6 meals a day, 3 of which contain no carbs and 3 of which have high carbs, take it with the meals with carbs.

Are you having a PWO shake? Receptormax works great with Surge. Other than this I wouldn’t increase carbs as you are not looking to gain weight(?)

If you are bulking absolutley increase carbs.

Why take Receptormax before meals with carbs?

Don’t you need fats to fully absorb the Coq10 in Receptormax?
