More Carbs After High Rep Workouts?

Do I need more carbs after a higher rep day than a lower/heavier day?

For example do I need more after a 3x12 day than a 8x3 day?

if you are talking about pwo drinks, i wouldn’t think so, no. a lower rep/heavier weight day shouldn’t be any less taxing or take any less energy…

I can see how in theory one would need more carbs after higher rep sets, as one is using less ATP-PC and more anaerobic energy. Not sure how it’d work out practically though.
