Your T-levels might be too high. You could look into getting a small milkshake after each workout to lower the T-levels…

It is common to feel EVEN crappier on low carbs and low fat. With protein by the far the most abundant nutrient in your diet, your body is ripping it apart to make glucose. That process is slow, inefficient, and produces a lot of waste. Hence the feeling. If you’re gonna go low-carb, at least get 50% of your calories from fat.
