ok so if i were to eat peanut butter(made with flaxseed/omega 3) w/every meal would that suffice for omega 3/flaxseed oil, or would i still need to eat more?
A. Flaxseed oil isn't that great...the body sucks at converting it to the bioavailable EPA and DHA. A better choice would be fish oil (Carlson's, Nordic naturals, Flameout)
B. By eating PB as your only fat (which from what you wrote is how I interpret that) your limiting yourself to only Monounsaturated fats, which means your missing out on awesome saturated fats (animal fats) and polyunsaturated fats (fish oils) that contribute in so many ways to optimal function and performance
-Eat different kinds of fats..monos polys saturates
-Ditch the flax
