Money as Debt?

Saw this on YouTube (still watching it actually), anyone seen this before:

I don’t know enough finance to know how much of this is true though, so any thoughts/insights are welcome.

Yes, it describes the fractional reserve banking system. President Jackson fought what we call the Federal Reserve Bank today, but those buggers bought their way back in. The funny thing is that the Federal Reserve is neither federal, nor does it have reserves.

Congress gave them the power to print money out of thin air. Thats why dollars keep getting more diluted. Notice gold going up in price? Its not! Dollars are just more worthless so it takes more to buy the same amount of gold. Oil too… Fuel is going up relative to the increasingly worthless dollar.
