What are your opinions (Mike and Chad) of Bulgarian split squats?
Another question - I currently perform three full body workouts per week, approx 60-70 min including warm-ups and post-workout stretching. Each workout includes either pull-ups, neutral-grip pull=ups or chins -= my question is, to increase my upper back strength, which is lagging other bodyparts, does it make sense to do some pulls and chins on two other days per week? The reason is I don’t seem to be improving in my pull=up/chin strength as quickly as I am other areas.
