Thanks man. Only thing not improving much is my bench, Im not sure if I will be able to beat my PR of 205x1.

by any chance do you drink Molson’s XXX, love that beer.

Yeah XXX is one of my favorite beers but is pretty rare, I have only seen it in two stores in Raliegh which is 2 hours away so I dont drink it too often.

Yeah nothing like a 22.5oz can of XXX, fucking buy a few of those on top of a couple of 18 packs of bud/cores and have some good chugging contests. They sell the shit at a gas station like 5 minutes away from my house. I guess I lucked out. NIce Squat BTW in comparison to your other lifts. Keep it up.

Bench: 225
Deadlift: 355 Pretty disappointed, I was hoping to get around 375-385, Im brutal off the floor, after those first 3 inches its a piece of cake though.

Im thinking of starting C-P deadlift this monday paired with a bench program, and just do maybe 3x8 for squats once a week for maintenance. My goal was to hit 225-315-405, which is why Im considering C-P since my deadlift is way behind. Any suggestions or advice?
