Todays work out was pretty tough, I got a few more reps on squat. Did overhand grip on pull ups instead of the neutral that I have been using. Also changed the order of things around a little, put Bent Over Row into my circuit, so I can now focus on OH Press strength a little more.

I was pretty tired after this…but I’m seeing results from my efforts. I started the year off at 173 pounds, and was fairly weak in comparison to my current strength and capacity…now about 164, maybe 163 this week, and I believe I’ve gained some lean mass despite the low calorie diet that I’ve been on.
I still cant see my abs, which is where I would like to get. Its been about a month since I started this log, and about 3 months since I started training consistently. Made some good prgress, was a good first Quarter to 2009.
