I don't want to try to change up too much from you're program but my goals are to improve my overhead pressing strength and general upperbody pulling strength(I think my upper body pushing strength is plenty good enough). With that in mind what changes should I make to your program in order to focus on said goals. Also, what do your athletes generally do for a conditioning session that you list in the program. As I just stated in a previous post, I don't do much overhead pressing movements. If you really must do them, just substitute my bench press variations on ME upper body days with overhead pressing variations. It's that simple!
