Im doing my own modified V-Diet... its called the Vasectomy Diet.
I got a vasectomy last weekend and for those of you who dont know, heres how it works (keep in mind this is highly scientific so try to keep up.)
Your balls still make load, but the pipes from your balls to your load shooter (prostrate) are cut. So you still shoot jizz, but theres no load. Your body will convert the load from your balls to protein and then absorb the protein into your blood stream.
So my question is.. how much load protein should I count in my daily macro calcualtion? Any ideas?
