I am very interested with Waterbury’s OSC program, however my work and school time restraints along with a low level of overall conditioning I feel the four days a week of high volume would be to much.
The lifting methods contained in the program seem to fit exactly what I am looking for. Gradually decreasing resting periods for improved anaerobic and aerobic conditioning seem to kill two birds with one stone.
Waterbury also mentioned in one of his branding iron articles that when using lifting for fat loss decreasing rest periods while mantaining the weight is best for fat loss
This are some of the parameters mentioned in OSC. Any help in constructing an appropiate three days a week program would be greatly appreciated
