Hello everyone, new to the forums.
I’ve been doing the mass/strength and hypertrophy routine for a little while now, and thought I’d give the rotating lifts one a go after hearing many good things about it. (incline bench, yates row etc… Second edition of the book)
So my main question is, am I supposed to do the frequency method push-ups and chin ups while on this particular program? Is it too much?
Oh, and if any of you are experienced with the program in question, please share how it worked for you and whether or not there is anything special to take note of when switching programs.
