my workout :
day1
powerclean 10x10 with weight abs 10x10
5x5 on shurgs and front raises an deadlift*

day2
bench10x10 abs 10x10
5x5 dips* and incline flys

day3
squat below parrallel10x10 an abs10x10
5x10 calf raise*

day4
barbell rows 10x10 abs 10x10
5x5 shurg and back flys

days5
SLD 10X10 AN ABS 10X10
5X5 LEGCURLS* AND BODYWEIGHT CURLS

I FLIP THE 10X10 AND 5X5 EACH WEEK .THE ONES WITH THE (*)
EXAMPLE: LEGCURLS WOULD 10 X10 TODAY AND 5X5 SLD

iv been at work the long the past two days and today i was going to try to catch up with 3 worksouts today as follows:
10x10 of powerclean and abs
5x5 of deadlift, squat and hangcleans and abs

how should i compensate for the two days misted

You should compensate by finding a brick wall and ramming your head into it for 10 sets of 10.

Sorry, couldn't resist. I just think that there are some better programs that do similar things (Like CT's modified GVT, or CW's 10X3). Plus, I just can't imagine getting anything good from 10 sets of 10 powercleans. It's an exposive lift that needs proper technique, not conducive to 100 reps.
