Mobility Work Advice?


I am starting 5/3/1 Tomorrow and was wondering what kind of mobility work and warm ups to do as I have never actually done any mobility work before so could anyone give me advice on what kind of work to do? Thanks

I do:

Agile 8
Calisthenics (10 each of push ups squats pull-ups hanging leg raise)
3-5 minutes on airdyne but anything even jumping jacks works

Takes about 10 minutes then do jumps / throws. As you learn more you can add variety but this is pretty standard.

About 15minutes of warm up+mobility+jumps before starting with the barbell.

You could take a yoga class if you have time. They live for mobility work. My ex-wife was a yoga teacher and I still do some on my off days or when I’m injured.
