Mobility Checklist?

Hi all
I have been reading some articles on mobility and have incorporated what I can into my program. Before this, I always felt that I had strong, mobile and flexible shoulders but after taking up judo, they are sore after a training session.

Is there a guideline or checklist on what the body is supposed to be able to do in regards to mobility? That way i can check to see if I have any flaws and correct them with the appropriate methods.

Ash

but after taking up judo, they are sore after a training session.

How long have you been doing Judo?

If its not long its possible all you are experiencing is the ache of using the muscles differently than in lifting weights.

Any change in exercise will bring about an inital soreness (as long as your training Judo twice a week your body should adapt)

As part of your Judo training the flexibilty needed to perform the moves should already be included your sessions

Well, sad to say my center does not really focus on that. Its very traditional Judo. I am still looking for a checklist, so if you know of a good one, pls pass it along. Thx!
