Good illusion - works even better when viewed in a larger format.

Personally I have a hard time seeing many of these things ‘move’ unless I look at it with periphery vision.

Some great illusions here Optical Illusions & Visual Phenomena

Much like this?

See the green spot going round? It’s not really.

yea the original pic is big…didn’t realize they auto resize

I love this one - it’s still annoying how it works:

The 2 blocks they circle out are the same colour.

Your mind compensates for the shadow cast by the object by making the colored blocks under the shadow appear lighter than they are. The color of the gray block under the shadow is the same color as the other lettered block outside the shadow.

Open it in paint and take a chunk from each lettered block and open them next to each other, they are the exact same color when you view them without having to compensate for the shadow.

That freaks me right the hell out.

Sometimes I catch flashes of circles of light green dots in the background, which I’m assuming makes the thing move.

This one is good… at first I couldn’t figure out what the illusion was, but it occurred to me in small time.

There is no illusion. What are you talking about?

Lol…well, I figured the ‘illusion’ was the fact the black and white picture turned to color briefly then back to black and white, after focusing on the dot…

Then again, it could be a trick…I guess. You tell me, Houdini.

LOL. I saw it a few minutes after I posted. The colors are there, but really slight.

And WTF is with your post? The Ukraine guy’s post followed mine. But now, all of a sudden, you’re squeezed in the middle? And you call me Houdini?

That my friend, is not down to my considerable magic…but is rather a trick of moderation.
