Thanks. I'm doing a push/pull/legs split twice a week now. I'm pretty much going high frequency/low volume. I have to take Sunday off, seeing as my gym is closed then.

Thanks. I'm 18, 19 in a couple of months. My height is 5'8 and I weigh about 180 or so. I started training with real focus in January of this year.
