I am moving to North Carolina this month and looking to start fighting again after a long layoff due to my location while finishing school. There is a team ROC facility there. Does anyone know if these guess are any good?
I know Billy Dowey from Raleigh. He’s with Team ROC and teaches at the Raleigh crossfit. Good guy and a crazy sumbitch.
I think all those guys are in the Gracie lineage via Royce. Definitely worth checking out.
I was just in a BJJ tournament in Richmond, VA with a guy from team ROC. From what others have told me they have a very good school. Go and try a few classes.
