I went to another city to work there on a project, I entered a gym there but after 2 days I found that there is a guy that techs MMA, the MMA classes are 3 days a week, so this leaves me with 2 days to train in the iron room.
I want to train MMA ( I trained MMA for 2 years but the guy I use to train with found a better job so I didn’t have any one to train with ). I work 2 shifts and in the week end I go to see my wife 80 miles away.
So I have 2 days to train with weights, I am thinking that I will train with these exercises:
1- Clean and Push Press x4
2- Dead lift x4
3- Squat x4
