I know that you are very busy, but have you noticed how many pro baseball players are pulling their hamstrings lately. Its ridiculous! What is going on with the strength programs that they are doing.
About two weeks ago a baseball anchor on ESPN had the nerve to say that it is becoming a problem because the players today spend too much time lifting weights and drinking protein shakes.

I don’t know what’s dumber - the ESPN anchor’s comments or the training program’s that most MLB players are on.
The bottom line is that most of these guys just don’t train properly. This, coupled with the fact that in the game of baseball, you can literally not move for prolonged periods of time and then be called upon to field a ball, pinch hit, pinch run, etc. This is a hamstring pull waiting to happen.
