As the weight went down I focused more on the leg left, last set was SL
Leg press calf raise/bent knee calf raise x 10/10 x 5
Leg curl x 25/leg ext x 25 x 4
Quicker day but good volume. 888 is about all I can get on this particular leg press but thtats plenty.
