no recomiendo que uses tren por tu primer ciclo y recomiendo que investigues el uso apropiado de PCT. Sin el todo el peso que ganes en tu ciclo lo vas a perder. Puedes terminar en una peor posicion de la que estas horita. Como ya habia dicho: entrena pesado y come igualmente. El musculo vendra, dale tiempo. Si toda via quieres someterte a tu ciclo tienes que estudiar todo hacerca del tratamiento despues del ciclo. Manten en mente que hay varios metodos.
