I discovered that when I put my blender to liquify I can either get 3 scoops of protein into 16oz of milk or 4 scoops of protein into 16oz of water. The 16oz of milk alone has maybe 4 grams less protein than a single scoop of whey. Still, I use milk because it taste better.
