Mixing Protein Powders with Milk?


I've just read somewhere that you shouldn't mix your Protein or Weightgainer powders with milk. This was a shock to me.
It said that it slows down absorption and is bad for you :S

Is this true or just BS?


Have you tried both for a specific amount of time? Have you noticed any differences?




sure you weren't reading it in regards to PWO?



the caesin will absorb slower as it is a slow digesting protein. whey will digest all the same.

if your worried, add some carbonated water.... it speeds up the food entering your large intestine....
