I recently just started my new plan after filling out all the information on the food section of this site. The section that tells me how many calories I need to gain weight and what not.
Anyways, in the morning it’s kind of crazy at my house. I don’t have a lot of time to do much. I was wandering though if it is alright to mix protein powder into my cereal with milk. I don’t see why not, but just thought I would see if anyone else does this. It’s basically just a way for me to conserve time. Is it ok?
