Mixing MRP with Flax

Im thinking of getting some cheap myoplex lite (20g carbs) and adding flax to it. Good idea or bad idea?

this will be a P + F meal i guess but is 20g carbs too much?

Just mix the flax with low carb grow or some other protein powder. I still think you can mix some carbs with fat but try not to do it that often. One meal a day like this may be all right.

Yes, 20g is too much if you’re following the Berardi diet plans.
