Mixing Ingredients With HOT-ROX

Hey Cy, or anyone else out there, after reading the article written almost 2 years ago (you can see it here: http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=462017 ) I am wondering what is good and what is not good to mix with HOT-ROX.

I think i remember reading yohimbe hcl is not good to mix with HOT-ROX.

What about
green tea extract (ecgc)
5-htp?
ALA?
Tyrosine?
Forskolin?
Taurine?
Phenylalanine?

HOT-ROX was designed so that no other compounds would be needed.

If the anorectic effect of HOT-ROX isn’t enough for you, I suppose one could use 5-HTP. Other than that, I don’t see the need for those other supplements in respect to fat loss.

ALA is fine to use for other purposes, though.

Ok, I was just curious. Is there unhealthy side effects for taking any of those with HOT-ROX even if you don’t necessarily need to?

And I kind of forgot ALA is Omega-3

I don’t know about unhealthy, but certainly they could cause unwanted side effects. The 5-HTP, ALA, taurine and other amino acids are fine. The green tea isn’t that big of a deal either.

ALA = Alpha Lipoic Acid, not Omega 3
