Is it ok to mix Grow! Whey and Low-Carb Metabolic Drive together? I know that Grow! Whey is fast acting, and low-carb Metabolic Drive is a slower digesting protein. I usually mix one scoop of each at night before going to bed. I do this to ‘stretch’ the low-carb Metabolic Drive, instead of using two scoops, and still get 40+ grams of protein.
