I have heard that food combining “rules” say that you shouldn’t eat fruit and protein together since the fruit will digest faster. The result is lots of gas. Has anyone found combinations that work? Frozen blueberries and Vanilla Grow seem fine for me.
I think most of the food combining rules are bunk. But Berardi’s ‘Massive Eating’ guidelines make sense. Not sure about that fruit and protein thing. I’m alwaying throwing strawberries and bananas into my Grow! shakes. No probs here.
I have a ton of gas anyway.
