Mix and Match FSL/BBB on Different Days


Not in the same workout (which I have seen Jim post not todo) but like so:

Monday: Squat (5/3/1) + FSL
Tuesday: Bench (5/3/1) + FSL
Thursday: Deadlift (5/3/1) + Squat (BBB)
Friday: OHP (5/3/1) + Bench (BBB)

Reason being is bench and squat are my weaker lifts.


Pretty sure it’s fine.
