I’m going to start this log off with running. Tomorrow is Biceps, Triceps, and Forearms. I’m going purely for mass over the next month and a half then try to trim down by the time of my wedding in November. My current stats are 185lbs, 5’ 8", about 15 or 16% bf. My current goals are to get my bf% down to about 12 or 13% but keep my bodyweight. I also want to increase strength. I’m going to try to eat a clean bulking diet.

Todays run was:
2 miles in 19 minutes 54 seconds.

I have a lot of work to do. I need to get it down to 16 minutes and 36 sec before the next pt test. It’s pretty bad that I’m worried more about bodybuilding than the Army pt test. Anyways more to come tomorrow.

Today I was feeling pretty good. I love arm days though.
Biceps:
Machine Preacher Curl - 50 x 15 / 75 x 10 / 95 x 6 / 95 x 6 / 85 x 6
Alternate Dumbbell Curls - 35 x 10 / 45 x 6 / 45 x 6 / 45 x 6
Reverse EZ Bar Curl - 80 x 6 / 80 x 6 / 80 x 6

Triceps:
Close-Grip Bench Press - 45 x 15 / 95 x 10 / 135 x 6 / 135 x 6 / 135 x 3
Weighted Dips - Body weight x 10 / 25 x 6 / 45 x 6 / 45 x 4

I wanted to do more on arms but I was working out during work hours so I only had an hour to work out. Next time I’ll put more emphasis on the triceps so I can keep things evened out.
