I never do any of the following lifts in my workouts:
Reverse Hyper
Back Extension
Pull-throughs
Split-squats (or any one-legged leg lift)
Skull Crushers (or any isolatated tricep movement)
Am I missing out here? Anything that just has to be put into my workouts?
I’m currently bulking and trying to improve my overall strength. Seen these exercises all over T-Nation and thought one or two might be in a class by themselves for that particular muscle group.
Thanks.

It really depends on your overall programming, as many exercises can be substituted for those listed.
However, I would definitely recommend you include some single-leg movements. Lunges, split-squats, and step-ups are definite musts.
Don’t think about muscle groups; think about movements.
