Max effort upper body on friday, double stimulation on saturday, and begin week 7 on monday (so skipping the dynamic days)
Max effort upper body on friday, dynamic lower body on saturday, dynamic upper body on sunday, and begin week 7 on monday
Something different and start back week 6 on monday?
