I am doing the program with jokers and FSL and missed a rep on the deadlift joker set but on the PR set (3 week) nailed and new PR,do I reset or just keep going.
This is my 4 th cycle.
So you didn’t get one rep. Don’t sweat it, don’t overanalyze it, just keep plugging away man. Jokers are bonus reps.
Anytime you hit a PR you should be happy.
You are fine. Just keep training and setting PR’s.
