I’ve felt a little twinge in my pec where it meets my front delt for a week or so. I had a USAPL meet coming up in July so I entered a small unsanctioned local meet for next weekend. While dialing in openers I got a little pain and at around 75% of my max I felt it pop. It’s not super painful but I don’t want to do further damage. It doesn’t hurt unless it’s under load. Anyone got any ideas on how to rehab it and not completely destroy it before July? The meet this weekend I’ll probably just push the squat and deadlift and bench just the bar so as not to bomb out.
