A couple people on this forum have stated that glucosamine and chrondrotin have helped them with miniscus degeneration. I saw the doctor regarding my left knee and he said I tore mine, would definitely have to sit out for six weeks, and may have to have a minor operation. I’m going get a second opinion, because I think he overhyped it a lot, but was wondering if anyone has the same problems and how they were treated. I can’t run, can walk w/ slight pain. My flexibility in the left knee is ~ 75%-80%. I appreciate any feedback in advance. Thanks!
I use Coral Calcium and MSM for joint pain/problems. I can tell the difference in the past few months of adding Coral Calcium to my MSM use. I have virtually no pain or problems.
