Minimizing Flatness While Dieting?


I recall one of the authors made some recommendations a while back for some supplements to take in certain amounts and frequencies. I was bulking at the time of reading it. I've been searching for it. If anyone knows which article I'm referring to or at least the advice given therein, I would appreciate finding it. Thanks.


I believe CT recommends taking creatine and this other supplement, I forget the spelling but it’s something like “glycerine”
