Milk Protein Isolate vs. Micellar Casien

Aren’t they essentially the same thing except for the whey part (20% in MPI)? I have to admit it that MC tastes a bit better than MPI but almost twice as expensive due to filteration processing.

I guess MPI do contain micellar casien from what I’ve searched on the internet. they’re dirt cheap if you know where to find them if Biotest runs out of Low-Carb GROW!. The drawback is that they don’t really taste all that great. MC actually taste better but costs nearly twice as much. Another thing is that our mommy’s milk is composed of 50-60%whey and 40-50% casien compared to MPI from cows consisting of 80% casien and 20% whey. Interesting.

I wonder how much of each type of protein are there in Low-Carb GROW!..

hmm…my wife is still breastfeeding. I guess I don’t need to get out of bed to get my mid-night protein-fix anymore :wink:
