Any type of milk, Raw or Homogenized, is acidic. I personally drink 1/2 gallon of milk a day, and some cheese in a sandwich with lunch. That puts my PRAL at like +75, even with all the other stuff I eat during the day. Basically, I have chronic acidosis. Many of you guys might have it too.
