I have a question for the gurus of massive eating with regards to the Growth Surge Project… What are your thoughts on drinking milk during the various stages? I’m sure milk has been discussed here many times. Milk is an easy and convenient way for me to get in my calories and protein. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Chris. I’ll limit my milk intake during phase 1 and use it to help get in extra cals during phase 2.
