Milk and Acne Update

weird, I drink tons of milk and don’t get acne from it …

anyway I wonder if the carbs in semi-skimmed milk are bad

After I stopped drinking milk (due to the mucus build-up and not any acne problems), drinking Grow! shakes with just water did not seem appetizing to me at all.

However, what I did was add a few eggs in my Grow! shake (to thicken it up) and I threw in some fruit and/or instant coffee and I do not miss having milk at all.

When I make my shakes, I normally put in about 8 oz of water and 3-6 eggs. (Yes, I use whole eggs–yolk and all)

Any of you who are worried about salmonella poisoning, I have been doing this for about 4 years and I have gone through literally thousands of eggs (I go through about 24-36 eggs per week right now) and I have never had any problem with salmonella.
