Milk Allergies and Recovery

Hey Fellas,

I am allergic to milk and dairy, not lactose but the actual whey and casein protein.

What are the best substitutes for these in terms of post workout nutrition?


Egg white Protein for PWO and whole egg protein other times.

You may also check out some of the rice based powders but be aware they are not a complete protein by them selves.

Then again you could alway just eat a big ole’ steak.
