New to the forum. Creeping up on my 41st and still grinding them out.
My question is this, how many here has been able to Military Press 130% of their body weight? I read about this strength standard long ago and I can’t exactly remember who wrote about it, but regardless its tough. I am about 10lbs away at the moment but I have to be very careful now due to past shoulder injuries from too much volume with heavy weights.
