Military Neck and Lifting


I have a military neck, which means that i have no or little curvature in the upper spine.

so as a result, my neck gets injured pretty easily. since i can work out when this happens, i dont really lift consistently for more than a few months.

does anyone else have this problem and know of neck strengthening excercises?

when i lift i always pull the neck muscles and my upper trapezius and then cant lift for a few weeks afterwards

this sucks

anyone help?
