Military - Cycle Help Needed

Well I do usually a crossfit style workout but with higher weigh and more power/strength work. I am lloking for recommendations for a low power cycle or help that will increase lean body mass, decrease fat and improve my cardio.
Yeah, I know - everyone wants that.
I am 35, run my 2 miles in 13:55, max pushups and situps and 10 pullups. I sqt/deadlift over 350 - not much and bp about 250 (injuries suck when you have to heal).
So can anyone help? I am serious and dont want to get huge or anything, just strong and healthy and solid.
