Anyone have experience with this product?
I find myself getting sick continually while I train and go to university.

The point is I’m not taking it, and I’ve heard mixed reviews on it’s “immune boosting” abilities.
Wanted to know if anyone has had experience taking it.
It might help but you prob got some other stuff going on. What kind of sickness? Sinus, or vomiting, or …?
