I recently took a good little bit off to recover and because i got busy. Now im starting back tommorow and im starting back hardcore. Im going to have a training log, and a nutrition log. My question is how do you guys do your logs ? Well the best way you figured out doing it. Ive came accross a couple, but i want something fast and organized. Any ideas.
Use what works for you. Excel works great for purposes of manipulating the numbers and graphing, charting, etc. There is much power in actually recording with a pen/pencil in a paper log book. There are a few web sites that offer an e-log of sorts.
